Liah Caspi is a distinguished toy designer with over 20 years of experience, celebrated for her innovative and award-winning creations. At Alex Brands, she advanced to the role of Senior Product Design Manager, where she led product development, concept design, and packaging. Her work has earned multiple accolades, including TOTY nominations and recognition from Parents Magazine and the National Parenting Center. With a B.F.A. in Toy Design and an A.A.S. in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Liah excels in concept development, illustration, and graphic design.

Throughout her career, Liah has consistently pushed the boundaries of toy design, developing products that inspire creativity and imagination in children. Many of her products have been patented, showcasing her ability to create unique and innovative designs. Her notable achievements include the Shrinky Dinks Bake & Shape 3D Jewelry and Shrinky Dinks Sweet Treats, both celebrated by Parents Magazine and the National Parenting Center. Additionally, her Boho Bands received the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Best Toy Award Platinum, highlighting her talent for creating products that resonate with both children and parents.

Liah's artistic talents extend beyond toy design, with her paintings featured in various exhibitions such as the Visionary Art Collective's Ephemeral/Eternal, Superfine Art Fair NYC, and See|Me Gallery in New York. Her paintings focus on personal truths and visual metaphors, offering a creative outlet to express her life experiences.​
